Tetu has one of the most educated and enterprising people in Kenya.
We have thousands on our professionals and business people in ALL sectors of the economy. We would like to harness this resource pool for the development of our constituency. On March 3rd 2023 about 400 of these professionals gathered at Hotel Mercure for the 1st Edition of the Tetu Professionals Dinner which was graced by H.E the Deputy President of the Republic of Kenya Hon.Rigathi Gachagua.
The professional have formed themselves into 35 sub-location based groups focussing on local issues as follows:-

1. Support for the local primary school / secondary schools (where applicable) through:-
   - A motivation program for teachers and students - Scholarships program for bright but needy students - Alumni led projects to complement the work of NG-CDF - Participation in School Boards
2. Support for the MOST vulnerable members of the community
   - Upgrading of mud-houses - Dignity kits for the most poor.
